Scripture Case

My friend asked me to make her a scripture case and here is what I came up with. Now I have to make one for myself!

Reusable Snack Bags

These reusable snack bags have been fun to make and my kids love them!
They are lined with rip stop nylon on the inside for easy clean up and you can throw them into the washing machine and they will be ready for more snackage!

Diaper Cover and Hats

These are some cute items that I did for a photographer to shoot pictures of newborns in. So precious!

School Gifts

This is the cute fridgie frog that I made for their bus driver who loves frogs! I have had this pattern for 4 years and wonder why I never did this before!

These are the apple magnets I made for the speech and OT teachers.

These are the dish scrubbers that I posted earlier wrapped in their cute bags with tags. My kids teachers and teachers aides are so fabulous and I love making them something to show how much it means to me that they do such a good job!

June Giveaway

OK so here's the deal. To increase traffic to my blog, I am going to start a monthly giveaway. So here is the first item up for grabs! Just in time for the 4th of July, here is a set of lovely patriotic dishcloths for your kitchen. The square one measures approximately 10 x 10 inches. They are both made from Lily Sugar 'n Cream 100% cotton yarn. To enter to be a winner, just leave a comment and the winner will be chosen at random on Friday, June 25th. Be sure to pass the blog along to family and friends. I am also working on a blog button that you can put on your own blog or web site to help spread the crochet love! Thanks and good luck!

Garden Skirt

I know this is my crochet gallery but I thought I would post a pic of the cute skirt I just made for myself for a tea party that I just attended. I made this out of 2 fabric packs (5 18 x 21 pieces) that I purchased at Michael's. I was very proud of myself for looking at a tutorial and being able to whip this up. Fun and springy! Now I am itching to make more things!

Sock Monkey

Here is the cute set I made for a friend who is adopting a baby. I got the pattern for the blanket and hat from the book The Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller. I modified a pattern I had to do the monkey on the loafers.
